Shit. I cried in this chapter.. it was so unsettling, but so heartwrenching at the same time. When Azrael cries, we all cry with him. Even when Marcus is chasing after Xavier, Az will do anything for him. Fuck, he even said he would PRETEND to be X just for him. You have to seriously love someone to do that. This chapter held so much emotion..

Oh! Let me guess what Lanny - oops, Lanseng wants to show Azrael... a painting done by Marcus? Probably of Az and him together?

Mm.. that would be deliciously sweet.

Oh! I forgot to ask..

In the last chapter, Sex called Liam up.. and this is what Liam said:

“I’m the one who originally had the name, Number One. I don’t think you can forbid it.”

What does he mean by Number One? Because, I thought Claudius is Number One in the House of Assassins now... or did Liam mean Number One as in Sex was the original SEX? (Or.. Edward) I was just wondering about that.

Oh the heartache heartache heartache.. and heartsong.. I swear I could practically hear Azrael playing, even though I've never heard the piece... I could hear him speed up, his tears falling.. Oh goddess, such an amazing chapter.. I wouldn't've been able to leave Marcus sitting there. I definitely would've just run across the street and hugged him with everything I was worth.

Love the irony of the working people giving Azrael money btw ;)

Well, I certainly got what I asked for, three plot chapters on the trot...Thank you very much. And now we have art to follow. I am looking foward to reading what Marcus has done for Az (and I hope it is for Az and not his brother). I do believe that Marcus and Az come in very close behind Sex and Claudius as my favourite couple in this series. I simply find Armour and X too boring and a tad smug.

So Thank you,thank you for the plot. I look foward to more and perhaps some Marcus/Armour abuse as icing on the caramel? :)

Chapter 25 - You know what's weird? I've seen the topic of the 'heartsong' about 10 times now in different stories. I assume it has something to do with the penguins. The ever naughty Elijah Wood penguin suffering from penguin gonorrhea. Anyways, I'm doing my best to not talk about this chapter because, well, I have absolutely no comment. Your knack for making everyone fucked up leaves me speechless. So, I comment on other current events in your story; more than likely, you'll make Vlad get together with Lanseng. I really doubt that it'll be Haley and it's definently not Marcus. And Lanny's kind of being pushed to the side so I assume it's him. Or another Lycan in the pack. Or a character we have yet to see.

Poor boys! While I'm content with Azrael getting back together with Marcus, I don't agree with Azrael bumping him. Nobody deserves being bumped after the first sexual experience ever. That hurts a hell of a lot and can give a guy a serious complex. Don't do that to Lanny, please!

I'm glad Liam has a purpuse. To me he is not only a little annoying. He wouldn't surprise me asking the brothers, if he should take over the soon to be empire just because they look tired. I always get the impression, he isn't done with playing emperor (and other things) but enjoys the 'show' from first row. I have a feeling Hades is a lot more serious and honest with the brothers (especially Sex) than Liam and I hope he will be forgiven sometimes. because I fear he would be the last one in line, if Liam decides to put a stunt. Liam is the sly-old-fox-type, trying to kill some boredom while charming you until you stuck to the honey. Very alarming. I swear, if he hurts Hades and the brothers again, I will kill him myself - copying every single Liam-chapter to my hdd and delete him. Damnatio memoriae worked well for centuries...

Vlad - just another wildcard in your deck. You are so damn good! Well, I will wait and see until the alpha-females come. If they can't fix a lovesick Lycan ... if he was a house-dog, he would probably get castrated ... I don't even want to think about it. I would die to know, how he reacts to Liam. Would be interesting.
(Even without her in the chapter, I lately realized why I like Ping to some extent. She is like my first dog. She was the smallest in the litter and never really grew out but wow she had character and made dogs four times bigger fear her. She protected me like she was a lion and saved my ass sometimes. I even think she had some cat-genes. Far too much character for a mere house-dog.)

Forgot something again (beside messing with typos) - Why is Azrael still referring to X as his Eldest brother?

It is good, Azrael has this internal dilemma and I love your fitting him out - he must grow too. It doesn't matter if he was Hashmallim. He and the brothers are everything together or nothing. Azrael would do nicely as 'beloved of Endellion' but a soul-sucking sword can't come without a cost and naturally that would be Azrael's soul. Swords like this tent to deceit. It is very fitting for Azrael to feel attracted to Endellion. Elder brothers should look out for him, if they want to remain in one - well, three pieces.

Oooh Az! he is soo wounded. Man great update! Heartsong is like from Happy Feet!!!! Cant wait for the next one.
