^_^ i just read both Revelations and this today, since i was bored. and i must say you're an amazing writer. i couldn't stop reading, and now want an update A LOT. so please do update soon ^_^ it would make me a very happy girl =D

From what I've read so far, it's good to know that your characters and your writing still haven't lost their charm. The third-person perspective is a different thing for you, but I agree that the story is as much Catlyn's as it is Leif's.

Though it's only the beginning of the story, you've given us plenty to ponder over. There's the ever-existing triangle between Catlyn, Rion and Leif, as well as the role of her therapist in all of this. There's also Delphina and Preston, two new characters with two new opinions, which will make choices for Catlyn that much harder to act on. This is quite a challenge you've taken on, but one that I believe you'll be able to overcome with results us readers aren't prepared for.

Sequels are never easy, but we're all here to offer our support and our reviews. I'll keep an eye out for updates. Keep up the good work!

so far so good.. no let down.. i like rion.. but i really hope she is meant to be with leif.. and the way it sounds it is going in that direction.. so i hope so .. but it is really good.. i cant wait till u update again

I'm not sure whether it's because you've written this in third-person rather than the first-person perspective you used for 'Revealations' or whether it's simply because 'Revealations' was just an absolute joy to read, but for some reason, I felt that there was something... well, missing - for lack of a better term. Though, it is just the beginning of the story, so I might just be making a fuss over nothing. Adjusting and all that.

So don't pay too much attention to what I just said. ^_^

Anyway, I had read Revealtions last year, and fell in love with the story and its characters. I was stoked to find that you had written this as a sequel - it reads well, has that same trademark poiganacy, and what looks to be a wonderful storyline - it's interesting how you seem to have chosen to tell this fic using flashbacks, though I kinda hope that the psychiatrist thing doesn't foreshadow something terrible... (",) I hope you're planning on re-introduce Leif soon though, because he was definitely a delish feast for the imagination! Please keep on writing and updating - 'Acquiescence' is the newest addition to my favourites list!!! Very promising indeed, great job.

P.S. Hate to make this an even lengthier review, but could you please state how old the characters are now? I usually only get to read this at night, and by then, my brain is more or less too brain-dead to do simple arithmetic. Heheee...

hmmm so far so good...i really like where this story is goin...i was kinda shocked at first that leif and cat didnt actually get together...but i like this sooo much more...keep up the great work
