This is the best original fic I've read in a long time, excellent narration, great description of each character and their unique personalities. This story has everything I love Mpreg, slash and a little bestiality (well Manwolfe). The way you put this story is superb; a great writer at her best. I really love this story please continue!^_^
Thank you,

I haven't read the edited version yet (I plan to), but I read some parts, and I was a little sad, and mad, that you didn't put when Damon has his babies... :( I tried to think its ok, but I don't know, I can't guess pass that O_o I really liked that part. When I didn't saw it the first time I read it I couldn't believe it. I looked and looked to find it, and when I didn't, I was mad >_< I found out that it wasn't there a few days or weeks after you edit it. I planned on reading everything, too see the changes (and I will), but I'm lazy :/ and I really wanted to write this.
I know its your story, and you can do whatever you want with it. And its not like I will stop reading it. Its an amazing fic, and there is no way I will stop reading it :) It just that, I'm glad I got to read the original version. It was long, but it was alright.
I know I'm crazy :S I can't believe I'm making such a fuss over that little part that you edited >_<
Well, when I have read everything again (for the fourth time), I will leave another review :)

I'm definitely in favour of you writing the prequel to Rift. I'd love to read about where and how they first met each other, what Garron was feeling when he met Alex... how he'd actually managed to get away since Garron obviously adores him... how Alex got away from the Louts... why'd he have a bounty on his head? Just because he ran away from the Louts? And out of curiousity, what are the six species that now inhabit Earth? Wolfes, Humans, Louts, and...?
How come... Garron's the king and he didn't have a mate up until Alex? Like Kriston, just because he didn't want to? I get the feeling that Alex used to be like Damon in the past...When Alex was told Garron about the Louts, he was lying a certain points... but still his memories when scanned showed something close enough to the truth to let his lie remain undetected. This really makes me curious as to what went on during that time :P
The explanation of how they produce pups is a novel idea. One of the things that squick me is actually reading about males becoming females, but in this story I don't mind ^^

Poor Garron. Seeing how he worries about Alex makes we feel a little sorry for him. Even if he did beat him later. Perhaps that's why I never disliked Garron unlike my friend who loathes him.

Somehow I felt a little like Alex was jerking Garron around. Again, I felt sorry for Garron seeing him be nervous around his mate and so concerned about how he would react. No wonder he was hurt when he found out. Beating him Alex up so badly that they had to go to the hospital was horrible though. I can't believe he did that. He had no right to. After all, it's Alex's choice whether he wants puppies or not, right? And.... well, the way alphas treat their betas is kinda awful sometimes... I've never liked it when anyone tries to force anything on me so I sympathize with them. I know it's pack hierarchy and such, but the wolfes really need to start changing...
And Garron ignoring Alex and cheating on him was unforgivable. Wolves are supposed to be monogamous. No wonder Kriston kinda threw a fit when he went to fetch him.
It would be good though, if you'd shown a little bit more on the progress of Alex's feelings. It feels like a sudden jump between Alex wanting to escaped and then telling Kriston he wanted to stay. How did those emotions turn to love? I see hints of it in the first chapter, but nothing to warrant giving up his freedom for the wolfe. So Julian is a... human?
Sorry for the many questions in the last reviews. I don't expect you to answer them, I just tend to think aloud when writing.

Locking Alex away was mean. How does he expect him to be happy and try to assimilate into wolfe society if he does that? But Alex does love Garron, I'm sure they'll pull through it together.

I like Damon! Kriston's attempted murder was somewhat amusing, especially when I could see that he'd be fine. Love Damon's snarkiness when replying to Kriston from underneath the bed. What's a Psire? What does BRC stand for? Beta Rehabilitation Centre?
I really hate the fact that humans, once captured have no choice when they're being forced into being a wolfe's beta. I understand that they need them to continue survival, but this is a violation of human rights... which of course don't exist in a post-apocalyptic world. By the way, how did the Plague come about?
Hm... about their ages. How long do wolfes live? Kriston mentioned he was 38 - that's pretty old to be taking a mate...So Kriston is Second Alpha... I must have made a mistake when I read some of the chapters.
Mm, I see something I like about Kriston now. He's always polite to Damon, even when he's angry. And he's very patient. You said Kriston never beat Damon, so what did Damon mean when he said 'He already has' to Alex's warning of 'If you're not careful, next time he's going to do a lot more than slap you.'? That was the phrase which I thought hinted at beatings.
