Thanks for the new chapter! It made me think more about Arem'mir and what it's like there. I wonder if some of the humans they meet on Earth are taken back to be mated too, and how the society infrastructure differs from that of ColdRiver and BlackForest and all. Anyways I really hope that more about Damon is coming up! I'm really going nutters thinking about what his and Kriston's relationship is like now. Will be here for the next chapter, thanks again!

Wow, that was fantastic! I keep getting pleasant surprises everytime I read your work. You're very inventive and I love it!

OH NO. The pups are gone! Or maybe Damon is howling for help for Kriston and then running again? I wonder what happened to Kriston, too, to get him so injured. Also I thought that part where Damon turns back and doesn't even realize it until he's by Kriston's side was really indicative of his feelings...although I'm not sure who I'm rooting for at this point; part of me just wants Damon to get his independence. And gasp! There's a female in the story! I wonder who else is in Damon's family, and if the entire colony does get caught, what will happen to them. (That almost sounds a little ominous. I think in Rise before they take Euan and Roan the wolfes do raid and kill people.)

And I really do enjoy the stories, they stimulate my brain and make me think up all these crazy things that might happen. That's when I know I really like a story...I think about it way too much when I'm not preoccupied. So I'll try to keep writing more reviews and all, I really appreciate your dedication to the series and stuff (and I'm sure all these other lazy folks do too *kicks*), keep up the good work! Thanks for this chapter, looking forward to the next one, like always~

Thanks for reviewing! It's quite ironic to me that Rise has risen (no pun intended) so much in popularity since I wrote it. It was originally just a sort of side story to give some background for Rift, but it seems it's eclipsed it predecessor in popularity! Hopefully attention will pick up a bit here as things settle down with the kids and we can get on a bit with more adult storylines. Thanks for reading!

Oh goodness. That is one killer cliffy. I wonder what Alex is going to say and what Damon is going to do. I'm really happy to see a focus on Damon and Kriston and their storyline; I think it's very interesting :) Especially considering what Damon said in the beginning, when he told Kriston that when his family came, he would be leaving with them...dun dun dun.

Thanks for the new chapters and for answering questions! I liked reading about Alex's interaction with the three new boys. And when I saw Malik's name I remembered Marik from Rise ten years before...and realized (belatedly lol) that it was only ten years ago; if all went well they might still be alive. Maybe they'll make a cameo. (...unless all didn't go well...oi)

And I thought it was really funny in the scene where Malik walks in on Alex and Gaaron trying to get some from each other. Priceless.

Anyways I'll be here when the next chapter comes!

Oh just one more question...when Damon comes he is only a little younger than 21. Is the birthing age rule for when the bearers are pregnant with the babies or for when they deliver? He'd probably be 22 once the babies really arrive I guess ^_^

Also, I noticed that Damon has never said "I love you" to Kriston! I still feel like there's something unresolved about their relationship...maybe because of what Alex said about Damon being just a scared shell after coming back from recovery, and how Kriston reacted so eagerly to things that Damon was uncomfortable doing, like kissing him...but maybe I'm overanalyzing since I love this couple way too much haha.
