And I am reading November and absolutely loving it... with a little hate in there for the horror, but I'm a complete slut for angst so that works, lol! Can't wait to see what future chapters hold...

why no updates? i love your story, id even say it keeps me going. i really hope you plan to continue all 3 of your stories in the wolfe universe, theres have so much potential and promise in your writing, you cant possibly leave these works of art unfinished.

Hey again, I finished Rise, and god what a sad, sad ending! I mean it was good, but sad. Is that story done, or will we ever see what happened to those characters..?
And I made it to chapter 39 of Rift.

Another couple of questions I just want to put out there:
How come all the humans are brown-skinned, and almost all seem to have black hair? I can only recall hearing about one blonde and one brunette. Yet there are supposed to be russians, and (I'm assuming) many other varying origins.
Jenner: They're not. I'm sorry if I didn't make that clear. Damon is brown-skinned, and so is Malik, but Alex is pale with black hair and green eyes, Max looks like Alex (Garron was in love and blinded at the time), Sam has pale skin, curly blonde hair and brown eyes, Jara has brown hair, light skin and brown eyes, Garron is pale with almost-white blonde hair and light blue/gray eyes, and Damon is brown-skinned with dark hair and eyes, etc. I will work on putting in more descriptions to give a more accurate picture of appearance.
Doesn't it ever happen that two humans fall in love? Especially among the free clans, but in wolfe society too. It doesn't seem unlikely because after all they have more in common than they do with wolfes. And likewise, since there are so many more wolfes than humans, how come we don't see any wolfe couples?
Jenner: It does happen. It hasn't happened yet, in my verse, because it makes me sad to think about, but you can bet it's not a welcome scene once they are inducted into the Wolfish life. See Kabi for understanding. Same goes for wolfe-wolfe couples. Maybe it's done, maybe it's not. But if it is, nobody talks about it. In the free clans, yes, there are human-human lovers, as we see with Euan and Stephen (not t mention the majority of Euan's clan). And had Damon stayed longer with his human family, he would probably be married now, too. So it's not unusual in the underground, but it's completely unacceptable up above where breeding is of import.
Um, the three kids Alex and Garron adopted were called Maxim, Malik and Samovar. But now you seem to be calling Sam 'Palermo' instead? Did I mix something up, or did you?
Jenner: Whoa! Did you just discover a continuity error? You're right, Alex & Garron's kids are (in age order) Maxim, Samovar, and Malik. Palermo is Damon's middle child, who is not yet introduced in the story. I do occasionally get confused, because my copy of the story is about 6 years ahead of the one you see. Kudos to you for catching that. Now I have to go back and fix it. Blast. Well, I will probably put a family tree/timeline up soon to clear things up and make the stories easier to follow, for you and for me.
I'm reading on, but soon there are no more chapters... :( hope you're updating regularly so I won't have to suffer for long..! Thanks for the great story!

And I made it to chapter 39 of Rift. I love it, but as concrit I'd like to say that you have a tendency to write a really charged scene, and then end the chapter, which is fine, but then you never go back to that scene, or rather the continuation of it. Like with Damon getting denounced by his grandfather - a very angsty moment, and I was really revved up to see what happened with Damon after - his & Zechariah's thoughts on what happened, but mostly how he'd confront Kriston about Alyssa etc. But then we only got to hear that he'd taken 'time off'. The whole episode of Damon's running away, and then the capture of his family, was truly heartwrenching, and that's why I was so interested in seeing him with Kriston, and also knowing more about how the community handled the situation. I'm longing to see more interaction between the 'old' couples, A & G and D & K, with all their troubles. And in time, hopefully some peace made between them.

very happy with the update; Garron definitely has a lot on his plate and I hope he'll be ok after the challenge but he needs to make time for Alex too; hope things work out for Jara; can't wait for the next update!

Oh, so that's why Gaaron has been so on edge. I feel bad for Alex, he wasn't even allowed to get a word in. I wonder how and if Alex is going to confront Gaaron about it. The inequality is depresssing and I look forward to see how it all pans out in the end. Also, I hope that Jara's mating turns out well, and Malik is soo cute. Hope there's more soon!

Really eager to see how Meta and Zech's relationship turns out. Zech seems very clever. I hope Damon feels better too, and that they all somehow resolve their problems; like with Alex, Gaaron seems very strict and distrustful of the betas with him now. I really wonder how it's going to turn out.

another great chapter, i cant help but wonder if and when you are planning to expand on the other races that are on earth. Im eager to find ourt how their society's run and the characters you create of them.

taht's an interesting twist.
a male called a whore and actualy being affected by it.
i feel sorry for jara.
even though in real life the ones i feel sorry for being labeled as whores are members of the female gender.
i find it revolting how double standards work.
having more aprtners is a thing to brag about.
scratch that everything males do is o.k great and females....
just yesterday that idiot of josip said:well,every male person wants a girl twice his age
and i cut him off with :that just shows how intelligent males are.
