Oh, a 'play' fight, huh?...And in the rain?...Sounds good to me...lol
The only thing I didn't like about this chapter was the abrupt, and confusing, change of 'story-teller' half-way through....I suggust you either keep Timmy telling the story...or make it plan that the view point has changed over...
But still a good chapter, anyway...

At least poor Timmy got away from his mean uncle without a beating....that's one blessing! But he'll be stressing now over giving Daytlith back dirty clothes...
And I think, because his uncle knows Timmy wants him to sign that piece of paper, the stubborn man will just refuse all the more!
I can't believe no-one else has reviewed your story...
