I understand, given names sucks, and they suck even more in situation like yours. I'm a transexual too, even if I can't crossdress easily 'cause my parents aren't really open-minded persons(I still live with them -.- dunno in america but in Italy isn't rare), and I still haven't programmed gender reassignation, but I think I'll do it when I'll have enough money to live in an apartment by myself (I'm only 18 and I still have to study so I can't work. In Italy is pretty hard to find work if you have only done high school). Anyway, I think I'll keep reading this, it's interesting.
