I started reading this right after I finished Blood Oranges. Wow. For a first story it's amazing. I was hooked from the first line. You don't know how many times I read the part where Dagen kisses Ben for the first time; at least he thinks it's a kiss, he's not sure. Then they have to go to the hospital for Doug. Then when Luce stays over and they have to watch him, the scene in the bedroom when Dagen takes Ben's hand and asks him why he doesn't want him. I've read that over and over and over. And then when Lillian was telling Ben how possessive Dagen always was of him for all those years. Wow, this story sent chills down my spine, but in a good way. I've said this before, but I'll say it again: you are such a prolific, emotional writer. I was in tears when Ben threw Lillian and Dagen out after finding out about them. He went two whole weeks w/Dagen. I could NEVER do that! I wish I could; I'm too much of a sap. Or maybe it's pathetic; at any rate, he was really brave and strong and I admire him. I absolutely LOVE ALL your stories! Now I have to start on the other ones! (While waiting for your Thirteen and Better Now updates!!!! Hint, hint!!!)

I am so thrilled to have found your stories. This one was great for your first story, good job. Now I can't wait to read the rest. Just so you know, I will read all the completed ones before I start on the WIP's.

*kisses your feet* I love you! (and your story, but mostly you because you wrote the story)
Ugh. Freakin' A. You know how when you finish a good story you're just kinda left in a stupor, unable to really think of anything but at the same time unable to stop thinking about the characters and how you wish you were like them? Yeah. I'm there. So please forgive the uncoherrent review. I usually like to leave really long ones, but I think I'm stuck in the dammit-I-hate-being-single mode.
Ugh
Sorry, but i still luv ya

PS. oh! There's something I wanted to mention! It was freakin' weird seeing my name every time you wrote about Dagen's mom. It's not the most common of names, so I'm used to it always refering to me (if that makes sense) so I'd see it in your story and I'd always get "someone's saying my name" brand of attention. idk, random fact. sorry. I'm doing a Luce I guess

So it's nearing five a.m. and I just finished reading this story.
I stumbled accross this through another story of yours (It's Like This, which I loved by the way) and I gotta say that you've officially made my top-3-AFF-authors -list. And considering the amount of time I spend reading different stories here, that's saying a lot.
You really are a very talented writer. Not only are your plots and characters amazing, you're also stylistically wonderful.
So no real constructive input here, just wanted to let you know that you've gotten yourself a new fan.
Keep up the good work and all that rot ;)

This is seriously one of my favorite stories ever. I've gone back and reread it so many times it's insane! It never gets old. I have a bad day, this is my comfort. My only regret with this is that it's spoiled me for others. I can't find anything that measures up, at least not in this type of story/genre or whatever. I can't wait for new things from you. I did have one question. You've probably already moved on from this, but have you ever considered writing something from Dagen's P.O.V.? You've got me so curious about what he thinks now! I'd even love to reread the whole story in his point of view, but that's probably too crazy to wish for, lol. Okay, just wanted to tell you how much impact this story has had on me and to ask that question.
Thanks for A Stage and a Bus!

I really loved this story. It seemed a bit slow to me at first, but I think that's because I'm used to slash stories being a bit more rushed. I liked the pace. And I really love Ben.

I know I've reviewed this before, but I just had to again because, well, I seem to have reread this story a couple more times simply because I can't find anything better currently out there haha. So I just wanted to throw you more love.
