Oh, and if it's not a bother, may I ask where you are in the world? I mean country/state/province/whatever-wise. You use words like "skivvies," "settee," and other miscellaneous words I have never seen before.
FYI, I'm a Californian boy.
You know, the story's pace is very nice. It's like real life; either tortuously slow or just too fast. Even though the first half of the story had a noticeably slow pace to it, I was still really hooked to it. It just felt RIGHT. I wouldn't have it any other way. And of course, the naughty scenes are all nice. Sometimes I had to stop reading to catch my breath. Heh.
Oh, and I really liked that pancakes daydream. Not to say all of the other scenes weren't great (because they were all HOT), but I really remember the pancakes one because of the syrup...oh god yum.

It's so nice to be reviewing this story again. I've been missing it horribly! I'm glad your computer woes are over, and I hope your mother continues to do well. -Hug- And thankfully, my life seems to be getting back on track too!
The main thing that I felt while reading this chapter, even in parts where Uri seemed to relax, was the mounting tension that sprang from Max's warning. It was like an hourglass with the sand trickling faster and faster the more sand fell to the bottom, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. And it makes sense that their mom noticed; she's a smart lady, and she usually seems to figure out anything Uri tries to keep from her.
One of the most tense scenes, and to me one of the most poignant in their relationship so far, was their discussion about Max and Rane and the word association game. Honestly, I was surprised that Max and Shawn's intimate relationship only began after that kiss. Hadn't Shawn already been with someone before that? Maybe I'm mistaken. I was also admittedly surprised by the notion that Dan might like RANE and not Uri. Though, it does make a certain sense about when he began to act oddly. If he liked Uri, he might've shown signs earlier, or not been so interested in Nancy. I'm looking forward to seeing how THAT plays out, in any case. ;D (And though it shocks even myself to admit it, I think it would be nice to see a little more of Rane.)
Of course, there was plenty of SEXUAL tension too. And it was mixed up with the other tension in the most delicious ways. That massage scene was especially hot, and Uri's morning-after reaction seems perfect to me. Intimacy can be scary and you can feel doubts afterward that you couldn't think to feel while in the heat of the moment... and Uri and Shawn have a particularly scary situation to dwell on.
Next chapter is sure to be riveting, as always! ^^ I can't wait! (Although I'm sure I'll have to. =P)

I just came back from a camping trip with my friends today, so it's quite a coincidence that they went camping too! : D Although our cabin was a nice one; it didn't smell at all and it was quite clean. Then again we were more or less drunk the whole weekend, so no one would have cared about things like that.
HA! Max was one of my guesses! And the more I thought about it, the more sure I was.
Even 'tho he got fucked pretty badly, he was still such a dick for saying those things to Uri. I hate him.
And Uri should so tell Shawn about the thing with Kyle; Shawn would be so cute comforting him :3
Maybe more of that lovely 'wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more, say no more' -stuff in the next chap, eh? ;)
I've been thinking that maybe Shawn and Uri aren't really brothers, maybe they are cousins. Like, when Uri found the peace of that diary/letter/what ever in his aunts room.
'I was scared that Shawn would push Uri away when he got to know' And that made me think that Shawn knows that he and Uri aren't really brothers.
I dunno, I may be way off, but I just somehow have the idea in my head that they aren't brothers.
And now we are left with a tun-tun-tuuuu! moment again. But oh well.
I'm happy that you're mum is doing good. And not because that means you can write more, that's just a nice bonus, but 'cos you must have been worried and I don't wish that kind of thing for anyone. :)

Wow. Sometimes Shawn seems so careless, like he doesn't even care if they get caught. If there is one thing I like about this story, it is that you don't let your characters off easy. Once Uri and Shawn decided to pursue a relationship, it brought a whole new slew of problems and I have the feeling things aren't going to get any easier for them. Good work and look forward to seeing what happens.

You continue to amaze me. I am so glad that I have stuck with this story. The relationship between Shawn and Uri is so sweet. Since I've been reading this story for so long, I feel like I've really gotten to know your characters. Add to the fact that you write extremely long chapters and you have one very happy reader. I can't wait until your next update.
