I'm glad to see an update. I really do love this story, along with your others. I also hope that things lighten up a bit for you. I can relate to work stress, though luckily I've gotten a bit of relief recently as they've hired a bunch of new people (thank God)

I'm upset that James has started his little version of revenge. Poor Jack, I hope his siblings make the time less miserable for him and I hope that James doesn't insist on dragging this out for too long. And poor Shay, that has to be miserable for him to leave his baby with a man he doesn't trust. I hope Randy doesn't hold his comment against him for too long, he was just upset. And it was sweet to see the beginning of L----- (the guy's who's name I've forgotten, lord) and Bryant. They started off so different from how the ended up. I'm glad he's seeing the error of his ways, though I'm not sure I want Bryant to forgive him. He was horrible to him. Treated him like crap, cheated on him, locked him in a home, abandoned him and they child (and grandchild) in a horrible way. He'd have to do some ridiculous groveling to even get a conversation in my mind. He was an evil bastard and he doesn't deserve forgiveness.

I can't wait for your next update, which hopefully won't be too far away. I want to see how poor Jack handles his days away and what James is going to do next. Hopefully he'll grow a heart and realize that he should just leave Jack with his mother and to at most request visitation within Jack's home. It's just too cruel to uproot him from the environment he's used to and to plop him down with a bunch of complete and total strangers (whether they are father and siblings or not). But yeah, that's all. I'm really tired (almost 2am) and I need to get up early for work so I'm gonna go to sleep now. Good night.

anyway, good chapter. you're getting me all riled up about the characters and whatnot...despite my angry-ness, i really do like the story. Larry needs to be doing some serious ass kissing before he even gets a smidgeon of forgiveness from the man he 'threw away'!! Bry deserves better! That's just m opinion, but eh...I could dream.
