Sorry - I'm not good at the 'criticism' thing you asked for. (Well, I do have one, but I'll spill it later.) I tend to pay more attention to the things I like.

Sooo - I like how the story is told - switching characters. Definitely no difficulty determining whose POV you're dealing with.

I like the characters - both the john and thw whore.

I like the mystery you're building around each one - and the hint of affection and need between them.

Now for my 'criticism' - your chapters are too short! You're deliberately teasing your readers. I want more - NOW.

Hey, gashed_strawberry, I like this ! The chapters are short but done well. Good job.

I'm amazed the pimp gave in so easily. (Mind you, all I know is from television - and they always seem the nasty sort there.)

For a short chapter - this one was filled with wonderful angst. The john wanting, the whore wanting... and afraid.

You've set us up for some spectacular fireworks when they finally get together again.

This is just lovely - a story with plot. Looking forward to more! You've left every possibility open!
