I think you portrayed the doctor (and the kids) really fucking well. The doctor seemed malicious, and careless to the boy's feelings, only caring about his own lust, just like a person like him would be in real life.
Ehhhhh, other than that it disgusted me, but what hey, I aint a moral dictator. If you like it, fine, just don't do it in real life. I also agree, it wasn't too realistic, but nice character portrayl.
Oh, and by the way, if any real pedoscum read this, you better watch your back. Cuz if I ever meet you they'll be a sharp pointed object stuck in it.

Well... technically double-fucking a ten year old boy would definately cause a little tearing, and with two hands up the other one, fisting? Yeah, that's not the most realistic of things, so I wouldn't be worried about how little lube he used, personally. One thing that niggled me was the orgasm, though - at ten years old they would be dry, no come.
