I wish you good luck with the publishers. Maybe you will already know next week!! Anyway, I love this story more with every chapter and that is only partly due to the fact that Lark and Naeven are finally making more and more progress. Your style really is great. You can make little details extremely erotic and then other scenes (like the sleeping together)are actually not erotic (despite nakedness), but just full of affection or warmth. Anyway, I hope that you will not wait too long with book 2, since I can't wait. I know, you haven't even posted the last chapter of this book yet, but still... I thought, I might as well beg you to not make me wait (and beg) for too long. Also maybe you can keep us updated somehow as to when or if you will post or publish the new part. Anyway, thanks for making my Thursdays not just another part of the week, but a day to look forward to.

Your latest chapter has really blown me away. You've been hinting at the dark side of Naeven for a while now and to actually see it... wow! I was completely shocked when he actually kicked Lark in the face, completely blew me away. Naeven has been angry with Lark in the past and while he might have said some really hurtful things, he has never actually raised a hand/foot to him. Did he not say he would never do that to Lark? If I had been Lark I believe I would have kicked him back, but that's just me.

One thing that really annoys me is how Schaff, and now Naeven, seem to mock Lark about being an abused slave. I don't care if they have been through worse or not, I don't care if they have managed to get over their past experiences of rape and torture. They have no right to belittle Lark in the way that they do. One thing that really pissed me off in the last chapter was how Naeven mocked Lark on his "cringing, cowering, oh-woe-is-me, I-was-so-abused slave routine", if there is one thing a person should never be mocked on it should be that. Despite whatever past experiences Schaff and Naeven have had, they really have no right.

On another note I'm glad to see that Khas is back, although I can't believe how you brought him back. I really wish Lark had stepped on the head kholdra or kicked him at least. I feel so sorry Khas right now, Lark too of course. I really can't wait to see what happens next!

I've been reading this since you first started posting, and it just hit me that I've as yet to review >_< Just want you to know that I absolutely adore this story! It's one of the most engaging I've ever read and you're updates have officially become the highlight of my week ^_~ When you do get this published, would you please supply a link to where someone (outside the US) could get a copy?
