SKC, that will be a bit difficult, seeing as no-where in the canon (love that word) of the FN-series was there ever hinted at another family member. Even if this person suddenly arrives at the house, I would find it personally too difficult to write that person in. Too many questions would need to be answered and emotional turmoil of each character would need to be visited. Do you (and anybody else) think there is room for such non-PWP stuff in this series? Sure, you could spin off maybe some confused sex, maybe some rape that turns into consensual sex. Another way would be to have the person show up as a stranger to one or two members and just leave at the right time (before he/she is caught out)... :-)

Well. . .you just keep getting better and better. How about a family night where there is a family reunion?
