wow. um. the story\'s been really... choppy lately. ever since the scene from last chapter when zip popped up from nowhere to return zarah\'s bag. the timing just felt off--like you\'d made a huge jump or suddenly fast forwarded through events and emotions. and then here again with sarah and eddie\'s conversation and zip\'s sudden change of mood with sarah. i guess what i\'m trying to say is that one of the things i like most about your writing is the way that you work through your characters\' emotions and lives, but you kept making sudden turns in the last two chapters and i suddenly couldn\'t keep up. i like that sarah and zip\'s relationship is finally moving along, but i found it more satisfying when your pace was less... hurried. it\'s like... we were finding out more facts abt zip and sarah because of their conversations, but we couldn\'t feel them growing or developing because there was so little introspection going on. oh well. transitions in relationships have always been difficult to write. and you are portraying characters with the EQ of three-year-olds :p anyway, if you don\'t agree or get what i\'ve said, just ignore myreview :D good luck!

*snaps fingers* damn, I was hoping for some guy on guy physical fist fighting action. oh well. anyhoo, I would have beat up Zip for that. When did he get a conscience? Seriously. From the way he was all in Eddie and Sin\'s relationship I would have thought he didn\'t even have any morals. I like that I can see them growing up. It\'s great. here\'s your cookie for another job well done.

I have read some of your other stories and I have adored all of them and this one is no exception. I , for one, like the characters and I like the fact that it seems that Zip and Sarah bring out the best in each other , normally. I just wish that they could just be together and finally let their feelings come out and recognize them. I also wish that they could just tell everyone and it would be okay, but I am the hopeless romantic, lol. I definitely know that there is no chance in hell that everyone would just be okay about them and I also know that they are both going to keep fighting their feelings. It just the romantic in me that wishes everything would be \"fluffy\" I guess. lol. Anyways, great story so far and I hope to read more soon!

Ahh a good one. Was waiting for something that would move the relationship either forward or backwards, and I am eager to see in which direction it goes:-) Keep writing.

I understand Zip being scared of Sin, but come on! He\'s already counting hours until he can see Sarah again for god\'s sake! That should kind of be a sign for him to know that something greater is going on between him and Sarah then just the \"Just Friends\" bullshit. I swear to god, Tirch, make them at least kiss next chapter. I thought Zip was supposed to be a bad-ass rock star? Good chapter though. Sorry. Didn\'t mean to go off there.

Okay, I don\'t know about anyone else\'s take on this story, characters or plot, BUT in my most humble and personal opinion I have to say I am amply impressed with it. To take two characters of this sort and be doing, in my mind, an excellent job of good character development. Your stories continue to get better and better and your writing style and pace are perfect for your plot lines. I hope this will be a long story and I can\'t wait to see the twists as things come out and all hell breaks loose.

As for my opinion on Sarah and Zip. Sara is 20...20 and from the midwest kind of background. I can understand her personality and her zeal. She is young, in the middle of some place new and exciting, surrounded by people she never dreamed she would ever meet, and tired of feeling like she is defined by WHAT she is (eddies little sister, country girl, baby of the family) instead of WHO she is. Zip is going through a mid-life crisis ahead of schedule. He is finally realising that the band is not forever, fame is fleeting and when its over he has no back up plan. He wants something REAL. He just doesn\'t know what it is yet.

These are excellent characters to work with and hold some real tangible truth to them, because not everyone is a good person or a sweet person or even a moral person. Some people are crass, mean, self-centered and tactless. They don\'t all stay that way, some grow up and others get better at it, but people change. Zip and Sara have/will change as well. This is an excellent story arc with all these characters moving from one fic to the next. I compliment you and hope to see more work in the future.

This was a fantastic chapter! If it had been done ANY differently at all, I\'d have said that they turned around too fast...that Zip decided too quickly to push Sarah away, then decided too quickly to ask her back in. But somehow it only adds to the idea that Zip, of all people, goes so crazy without her that the second he considers getting her out of his life, it\'s as though his body immediately rejects it. It\'s fantastic! I love it! I was also a tad skeptical that you could make Zip into a feeling, caring person that I would actually LIKE, but it seems you\'ve done just that. As always, I\'m anxiously awaiting an update!
