Pretty cool for an 11 year old, yeah. Much better than I could\'ve penned back then, although I was reading \"grown up\" books by then (such as Heinlein and Asimov.) Curious to see more. One thing I\'d suggest: check the spelling, it\'ll look much much better. But good effort and intriguing start!

For 11, that is very good. Very short though! lol. Though, I suppose \'drabble-length\' has a tendency to feel that way...
It would be interesting to see, instead of giving this a sequel, if you were to actually write an extended piece of this. Not too much longer. Just enough to take it up the next notch. No extra plot or anything, just a lot more discription of the scenery and the feelings (both physical and mental). Complete it off a little tidier.
Just would be very interesting to see the contrast, I think maybe.
