you have a style of writing that is wonderfully easily to become absolutely addicted to. you don\'t need any kind of warnings, except maybe that this story will cause the reader to be up at all hours of the night because she can\'t go to bed until she\'s read it through twice :). i can\'t wait to see what\'s coming up next.

Okay it\'s rare that I actually like a story and even more rare for me to like it enough to review but this story is to good not to. I love the way the whole thing has a story. The Avalon and concordian citizens all have a history and now to find that out about Rye is just mind boggling. Where do you get such great stuff?

Oh Sarah.... what a gorgeous chapter. Your writing style really shone here. The flow of the characters from one setting to the next, transitions between them, the way the scenes themselves seemed to just work. And atop that, the description is bare enough not to tire the reader yet full so that the inner mind can see just what is happening next and where they are. There isn\'t the specificity like one might find in some stories so that down to the very color is directly before the reader. Rather, you\'ve allowed the emotional life and sight of the characters (being that htey take so much for granted outside of themselves and see rather the need in their surroundings) to take over. It\'s beautifully done. I have to say that I think this is one of the best chapters in this story I\'ve read so far! You\'re just getting better!!!!

Looking forward to the next. Can\'t wait and I\'m glad I waited until the next day so that I was fully awake enough to appreciate this one! :) Nicely done!

Oh, the mystery, the suspense... Damn, don\'t you just *love* Will? He\'s my fave character, closely followed by Ichi of course.

Poor Rye...Poor Ichi...Poor RYE!!! Again you have left me wanting more of your wonderful chapters. I can\'t wait to see how Rye and Ichi\'s relationship grows, and I\'m dying to know about Rye\'s past (mostly so I can kill the jerks that put him through so much). Thanks for the quick updates, I don\'t see how you have the time to keep posting like this, but I\'m not complaining!!!! ^__^

I really love this fic, the gentle, thoughtful relationship - the violence and depair of a half remembered past. It\'s totally bloody addictive, would greatly appreciate more asap.

*sigh* it was that good. I just had to sigh. Sorry I didn\'t review last chapter... I have firmly resolved myself to review the stories I like and I have for just about 1 so far (yours. heh)... but I was so busy when Chap. 12 came out. That doesn\'t mean I didn\'t love it though! Thanks for the info on the cultural aspect of Ichi\'s upbringing: made alot of sense. Nice to see Rye and Will bonding too!!!
