I know, I know, I\'m being a brat!

Apparently, my short stories that I sent for the yaoi con anthology submissions weren\'t what they were looking for. I got rejected last week and it pretty much crushed me for a couple of days. Which sucks because I\'m scrambling to finish a short novel (40,000 words or less) for their contest. The due date is... August 31st! (Screams and runs in circles)

I may finish in time... I just might at that... with a little luck and a time machine.... LOL But it\'s crunch time and that means I\'ve had to put Lies on hold until I finish this one. I know I know I know horrible bratty of me. Just think of it this way. IF I place in the contest, and people like me, and buy Blurring the Lines when I get it in print and I can make some money doing this I won\'t have to work my part time job and instead I can write full time. Which means... lots of pretty boy stories! Lots of SMUT! Woot!

So, I swear, I\'m not done with Val and Trist, I will finish it. I\'ve just been chasing my tail trying to write 5000 words a day to meet this deadline.

On a happy note, I\'m glad to see so many people are digging this story. Oddly, most of you are posting about loving Trist and this time it\'s Val I feel closer to.

Oh and a side request... I\'m building my domain (slowly) and I\'d love to have links and such to add. Drop me a line and we\'ll trade links. Also... Anyone do fanart? I\'d love to see and post your fanart of the stories I\'ve done.

One last thing and I\'m off to watch a little of the hurricane coverage and than to write more (ACK is it really the 29th??? Panics!) Anyone have an interest in seeing the short stories the yaoi con didn\'t like? I\'d love to know why they sucked and where I went wrong... Drop me an email and I\'ll share.

I fell in love with the story and characters. I cannot wait to find out what comes next in the plot line. I must say that I enjoy your style of writing, and hope that there are many more stories where the first few came from. I love the character Trist and all his eccentricities. You make him come alive so well, I can see him in my mind in 3D and technicolour.

^_^ Hurray another chapter!! For a minute I had thought that nothing would come of the whole \"you\'re not real, I\'m just stressed\" thing, so I\'m glad you resolved it. Very nicely might I also add! Eagerly awaiting the next part.
