I like this story too. And its in print?! Sweet. There was only one thing I saw wrong. \"Fine, Mick it is, than please, call me Alec.\" Than should be then. Its a common error, so its no big deal, but I thought I should let you know.

One more thing I forgot to ask... What exactly is an I/S? I get its like another race, I just don\'t get if its like a demon or what. Why do people hate them so much?

Congratulations, Flinty!
I\'m glad you finally got this out in print. I was reading the story for the fifth time while waiting for chapters of Heroes and Ghosts when you took the other chapters down, though. I\'m going to order your book for my birthday on Saturday; I\'ve really, really enjoyed Blur.

I really want to put down something far more eloquent, but my poor overloaded brain can only seem to manage: wow... like a broken record... That was, to put it simply... fantastic...
Every aspect which comes to mind; the setting, characters, seamlessly integrated back-stories and development were ridiculously innovative, accesible and engaging, and I\'m quite proud that I spent the majority of my day poring over every word. Your characterisations are gorgeously realistic, I\'m especially impressed that you managed to pull that off in a sci-fi genre, which usually just manages to irk me whilst being inundated with technical terminology and progressively less coherent plot-threads.
You have made me love sci-fi... not to mention Toshi... *sighs wistfully*
In fact, that was so damned good that I\'m moving onto the next one right now...
Great job on this, I\'m astounded and in awe of your creative genius... Thank you so much for posting it! *skips away to read next one*

Stunning, totally stunning. After starting with Heros and Ghosts a few days ago you\'ve now got me completely addicted to all of your stories and desperate for sequels because the characters are so vibrant they are just to good to be packed away and allowed to rest. Blurring the lines is yet another example of your undeniable talent.

I think i\'ve spent the last two days reading ALL your fic- they\'re quite amazing! and your characters are so poignant and strong and vulnerable all at once. You have this great way of making them attractive and quirky.
I love BtL of course, but your H&G is my new \'waiting at the edge of my seat\' fic- as well as that bk2 of Blur you hinted at at your webpage. I\'d love to read more, especially your sci-fi fantasy.
There\'s something so rich about your sci fi back stories - with research communes - and it\'s so enticing. Lookie, you write great story, and romance, and smut, and here I am, raving about your sci-fi. but it\'s true! they work so well!
Thanks so much for writing!

Just finished your story and i really like it! I think it should be published. The setting is interesting and consistent, the carachters show a full specter of emotions that make them so much more real, its full of lovely slashiness, its filled with action and romance in a delicious concortion. The only things not so good are that than is used instead of then and some other small typos. Also Aristotle said; give me an axiom to stand on and a long enough lever and i`ll move the world, i think. the point being the axiom -an undeniable truth. As you can see, its only cosmetic problems, other than that the story is wonderful.

Sarah,
I like this one too!!! Nicely done with the plotline- not just smut!!! Like I said before, do keep writing, just dont get overwhelmed with too much at once!!! Trying to write 4+ stories at once is exhausting!!!
