The terminology is absolutely filthy, and I think it adds to the overall theme of \'guilty pleasures\' that has made this story so damn popular for me. I basically read the thing now to further explore the wonderful world you\'ve created of perverse delights and sexual indulgences that would make a prostitute blanch. This is honestly one of the best, grittiest and nastiest stories I\'ve ever read, and you manage it wonderfully.
