Your decision is really disappointing. When someone writes there will always be another of whom one of their character’s is similar to, they have no right to complain, it should just make the story all that much more interesting. Don’t change your characters or plot just because some bitch got his/her panties in a ruffle. S/he has no grounds from which to do that from.

So far your story had been really interesting, grammar and plot could use a little work, and while I’m not happy with the feminism of your main character he’s still your character and so he’s a bit more female-like then most of the real gay men I know, note I said most, and I was looking forward to reading more.
