I love this story! I spent the last hour or so reading the entire thing. Your plot is great, and the sex scenes are tastefully done. I feel sorry for Delia, she\'s falling for Grant, yet she doesn\'t really know how he feels about the whole thing... Great job, Happy New Year! Keep up the great work!

Great chapter, I have enjoyed a lot the scene in which Delia was tied up, i hope you put more smut like this
Now that Patrick is going away the would have more time for themselves, you could make that they become less careful, and Lydia could catch them geting it on, it would make an interesting conversation
You have mentioned the trio thing, but it would be great if it were between Grant, Delia and Lydia, incest is such a turn on...
