Uh... sorry about the rant. I LOVE and HATE the idea of rape. It turns me on in a way, and yet, it disqusts me for doing so too... the real act, is of course, horridly cruel and no one should like it or enjoy doing so to another... but in a story...that\'s a different matter entirely. KEEP UP THE WRITING!!!! PLEASE update!! SOON!!!

First of all, Pen, great story-though you do have quite a bit of editing
that would help clean up the story to make it more understandable.
I must say that I have a love/hate reaction to this story. Matt\'s behavior
just irks me and really makes my blood boil. I cannot stand the way he
treats poor Charlotte. But I LOVE the kind of intensity that stories like this
put out. Yes, it does piss me off, but it also fascinates and draws me in.
Its so cruel, its delightfully sinfull. And that\'s comming from one who does
not believe in Sin.
In general, Matt is one horrendously cruel, sick and fucked up bastard.
I know that in truth he does not truely love her. True love does not act like
that. He only thinks he loves her. What he feels is just Obssessive Infatuation.
No one would treat another that way if they truely loved them. (With one exception:
BDSM, and that would be the Safe, Sane and Consentual BDSM. But that\'s a different
story all together.) No one has the right to rape another.
And rape happens whenever ANY party does not desire sex but has it forced on them.
It can happen in marriage (being married does not mean that one can force their husband
or wife to have sex at any time they want to... that is called Marrital Rape), by friends,
family, co-workers.
Most rapes/rapists happen to be someone WHO THE RAPEE KNOWS. Not by a stranger.
Rape is the most frequently committed violent crime in America.
Rape happens to guys as well (possibly just as often, but most males never confess
to it given the negative stigma attached to men being raped-as it might make them
seem to be \'less of a man\'.)
Rape is not acceptable, no matter the circumstances. There is NEVER a reason to rape someone.
NO ONE has the RIGHT to rape another or abuse them as Matt does Charlotte, regardless of any
reason they may claim they are doing such for... it is NEVER right or acceptable.

I do believe that this story is remarkably well written. Matt\'s point of view is
understandable, though completely and utterly wrong. He needs some serious
anger management and physchiatric help. His mental issues and temper must
be worked on considerably before he\'d be an even remotely decent human.
Charlotte is being a tad too weak and not thinking very rationally. Not that I blame
her reall, given how much pain she is in, how much she longs to get out of there,
and all that\'s on her mind/physically bothering her. However, if I were Charlotte,
I would not give him reason to harm me physically UNTILL I was completely healed.
THEN, and ONLY then, I would make a plan to escape for good.
MY plan (if I were Charlotte) would be to wait one night when he is asleep and chain
him up to the bed, then I would bust his shins with the bat, slowly carve my name
on him, make him wear a slave collar, tell him I loved him and take care of him.
Rape his arse as many times as he\'d raped me, sometimes gently and sometimes
roughtly, but refer to it as \'making love\' and be dominating about it on occasion.
I would put candy up his ass and make him then lick it afterwards. I would piss on
his face, his body, punish him in all the ways he\'d done me tenfold. Then pretend to
be sorry and concerned at the pain I\'d caused him. Get pissy if he then blames me and
says \'hurtful\' things. Bang his head against the wall repeatedly really hard.
In the end, after he\'d endured much of what I had and then some, I\'d chain him to the bed,
pour gasoline on the bed, the house and what not and set fire to the bedroom and get the fuck
out of there through a pre-concieved escape plan.
