Wow, awesome story. And your writing style is awesome, if you ever do finish the party scene (and you should!) I know that none of the characters will get ignored even in such a complicated scene.

Let's see... criticism first. I personally, am a perv, therefore I'd like to see a scene of her 'exploring' her new appendage. Mostly because, let's face it, if all us women suddenly woke up with a penis, the first thing we'd do (after calming down, of course) would be wank.
Second, I agree that some parts sound a little rushed.
But (here's the praise), I rather enjoyed it. Nothing like this to break the monotony at work, let me tell you. *So* glad the office is occupied by just me today. ^_^
